A 100% refund will be granted if the service fails to meet the initially agreed specifications or if the content is demonstrably incomplete or incorrect based on the original task requirements.

Refunds are processed either back to the original payment method or, at the Customer’s discretion, as a credit to their account balance on the Website. Partial refunds or no refunds will be issued if the service was delivered in accordance with the agreed terms but the Customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied without valid cause.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of all original content and materials specifically created and delivered to the Customer transfers exclusively to the Customer. This transfer grants the Customer full rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or resell the delivered content at their discretion, without further restriction or obligation to the Company.

However, all proprietary content, branding elements, logos, trademarks, and materials that are part of the Website itself or used by the Company in the course of providing services remain the sole intellectual property of the Company. Customers and users are expressly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or otherwise utilizing any of the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of the Company’s intellectual property may result in legal action.
